Are you an experienced Community Association Manager looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with a respected, family-owned company? Resource Property Management is seeking a motivated and customer-focused On-Site Community Association Manager to join our team.
CO-OP experience is strongly preferred.
This position is ideal for a licensed CAM who enjoys building strong relationships with residents and boards, managing community operations, and making a positive impact every day.
What You'll Do
As the Community Association Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Resource Property Management. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing annual budgets and monitoring association finances
- Reviewing monthly financial statements and expenses
- Obtaining and evaluating vendor bids and proposals
- Coordinating community projects and maintenance initiatives
- Maintaining association insurance coverage and exploring financing options when needed
- Preparing and distributing board meeting packages, agendas, and management reports
- Attending Board and Membership meetings and ensuring proper meeting coverage when necessary
- Communicating regularly with residents regarding community projects, updates, and events
- Building strong relationships with Board Members and homeowners through exceptional customer service
- Overseeing direct reports and completing annual performance evaluations
- Approving invoices and processing items through Vantaca
- Partnering with Board Members and RPM leadership to ensure the community operates efficiently and effectively
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License (Required)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Community Association Management experience
- CO-OP management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Experience working with community association budgets, vendor management, and board relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Vantaca experience is a plus
