Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in Pinellas County.  Part Time: 20-30 hours weekly

Brief Job Description:
Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties in order to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property. The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems.

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience.
• CPO - Pool Certification a plus, but not required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical
and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
• Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
• Good verbal communication skills.
