Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking Landscapers/Grounds Keepers in the Clearwater area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lawn Crew is responsible for the following tasks:
The operation of lawn tractors, zero turn radius mowers, and walk behind mowers is part of the duties.
Working knowledge and operating capability to use string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers, both back pack and hand held.
Replace shrubbery and plant material as needed
Make sure that all equipment is checked for operation and any needed maintenance '
Ensure that all blades on all cutting equipment are sharpened
Notify supervisor for follow up on residential rule violations dr problems on the property.
Maintain the maintenance building, equipment, golf carts, trucks, tractors and supplies in a neat, clean and - orderly fashion.
Maintain positive, cordial, businesslike relationships with residents & board members at all times. ® Perform other services which may be requested by the Property Manager through the Supervisor. « Follow established safety policies and procedures using OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety; including maintaining a current MSDS binder on site.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Must have and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license to operate golf carts & trucks. «• Operate power tools, and various other maintenance equipment
Work cooperatively with staff members to create team environment and supervisory assistance. « Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with RPM policies and procedures.
Ability to work Independently, carry out assignments to completion.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, withstand outdoor heat exposure & strenuous physical activity, with full use of limbs & extremities, and unimpaired vision - within ADA guidelines for reasonable accommodations.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
